Terms & Conditions — 77 bd Platform Rules and User Agreement

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on 77 bd, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 77 bd does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit, or participate in any game or market on the platform under any circumstances.
• You are a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-natural legal persons may not open player accounts.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 77 bd or any associated affiliate, technology provider, or game studio supplying content to the platform.
• You have not previously had an account on 77 bd that was closed, suspended, or terminated for a breach of this Agreement or any previous version of the platform's terms.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 77 bd or any third-party responsible gaming programme, or if you are, you have formally completed the exclusion period and requested reinstatement through the proper support channel.
• You are not using the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing 77 bd is lawful in your location before registering.

Age Verification Process

77 bd collects date of birth at the point of registration as a first-line eligibility check. This initial declaration does not constitute verified proof of age. Prior to approving your first withdrawal request, the compliance team will require you to submit a valid government-issued identity document — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — confirming that you are 18 years of age or older. Dispute Resolution

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77 bd's aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 77 bd is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in this Agreement limits 77 bd's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
